Sellers are fully responsible for the quality, safety, accuracy, availability, and delivery of their products and services. The platform assumes no liability for any defects, damages, losses, or issues arising from products or services provided by sellers. Any complaints or disputes should be addressed directly to customer service or the respective seller.
Marketplace orders
By placing an order on YourHand, you agree to pay the listed price plus applicable delivery, service fees, and VAT. Orders are confirmed when you accept these terms and click "Confirm Order".
Delivery & fulfillment
Sellers and couriers receive the delivery information you provide. Delivery windows are best-effort estimates. Express delivery countdowns begin after payment is confirmed.
Payment
Payments on YourHand are processed exclusively via Tap (mada, Visa, Apple Pay, Tabby, or STC Pay) in SAR. Sellers begin fulfillment after payment confirmation.
Returns & disputes
Buyers may open a dispute within 7 days of delivery for eligible orders. YourHand mediates between buyers and sellers under the platform buyer protection policy.
